Full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours are eligible for a number of medical, dental and vision options to ensure you can be at your healthiest self.
Flexible Spending Health and Dependent Care Accounts
The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are optional benefits offered as a way to manage qualifying medical and dependent care expenses. Employees choose to withhold a certain pre-tax amount from each paycheck and have it directly deposited into their FSA. By deducting a pre-tax amount, it helps to reduce your overall taxable income for that year.

We provide a 403(b) retirement savings plan for staff to help build their financial future.

We provide paid time-off to staff who work 15 hours or more a week.

We provide a discount for full-time staff to assist them with the tuition for their children who attend the Foundation schools.

We offer an assistance program to all employees, spouses and their dependents under the age of 26 who need help managing their personal and work lives. The employee assistance plan is available at no cost to employees and is a comprehensive support system that offers 24/7 assistance with many areas of daily life.
